About

Solight Studio is a bakery located in Tai Kok Tsui. Founded in 2019, our goal is to endeavor with the best of each of our own ability. R an amateur-turned baker, E a chef, and K a designer, we create everything from scratch to finish, from our food to our design and packaging. We wish not only to create and serve, but also to learn and improve, we are open to new ideas and project in the future.

那年，我們三個想最少做好一件事，於是成立了日光工作室。

日光，有一種溫度，也是一個氛圍。我們希望藉著食物傳達日光的感覺，既溫暖食者的心，也願在一幅幅閒適溫馨的風景裡作為一個小陪襯。日光工作室是我們三個：半途出家做甜品的R、西廚出身的E和設計師K所組成，我們各有所長也互補不足，重視細節是我們的共通語言，因此除了食物質素、食材的準備，我們更加一手包辦設計蛋糕紙盒和紙袋。工作室也是寄語我們在未來還會有更多不同類型的創作和發展。

努力做好本分，望日光歸於我城。
