去年大受歡迎的聖誕樹蛋糕,今年載譽歸來。日光一貫的不使用任何化學色素,以味覺為先來製作蛋糕。我們最愛的基本海綿蛋糕,蓋上混入了日本柚子製成的鮮忌廉,配合高質素的香印提子,花香果味,酸甜平衡,外層鋪上淡淡的京都抹茶白朱古力忌廉,口感層次豐富,為期不足一個月的特備蛋糕,大家要把握時間嘗試呢。(因蛋糕高度問題,不常設8”作供應,如有查詢歡迎whatsapp我們)

Storage
Best consume on the day. Storage method: cake has to be kept in refrigerator and packed into airtight container for leftover. Please put the cake in the refrigerator as soon as possible after picking up. If necessary, please bring your own ice pack and cooler bag. We provide ice pack.
最佳食用:取貨當日,抹茶容易受光影響,會隨時間變沉色,但不影響品質。保存方式:保持冷凍4度左右保存,若取貨當日未食用完畢,請存放於密實盒內才放置雪櫃。蛋糕於取貨後請盡快放於雪櫃保存,如有需要請自備或加購保溫袋,我們將提供冰包。
