今年終於回來了,每年一度的本地無花果,我們以簡單好吃的杏仁奶油餡包著本地無花果來烘焗,帶出本地無花果獨特的甜香和軟糯口感。本地無花果撻是常溫甜點,對溫度有較大彈性,不需帶備保溫袋,但如非當日食用完畢,請置雪櫃後續保存。

Storage
This tart is a room-temperature dessert. It is normal for the surface of the figs to release a small amount of moisture. However, due to hot weather, please store it in the refrigerator and consume within three days if not consumed on the same day. It can be enjoyed chilled or brought back to room temperature for 15 minutes, or reheated in the oven at 180°C for 5-6 minutes—each method offers a unique flavour experience.
最佳食用:本地無花果撻是常溫甜點,無花果表面有少量出水為正常情況,惟天氣炎熱,如非當日享用完畢,請存放於雪櫃內三天內食用完畢,可凍食、回溫15分鐘或以焗爐 180C 5-6mins 翻熱食用各有風味。
