沒想過我們的tiramisu也會被要求encore(笑),我們自己很喜歡吃就是了,趁還是這個乍暖還寒時晴時陰的天氣,吃一口濃濃的Tiramisu就爽快不過了,我們的馬斯卡邦芝士層做成如軟雪糕的口感,入口即融,與市面上像mousse的口感不一樣,不採用生蛋白,只使用純忌廉,這次作了少少微調,加入少量 cold brew咖啡,帶入一點醇厚感,這會不會是您喜歡的版本呢?

Storage
Best consume within 3 days. Storage method: cake has to be kept in refrigerator and packed into airtight container for leftover. Please put the cake in the refrigerator as soon as possible after picking up. If necessary, please bring your own ice pack and cooler bag. We provide ice pack for free.
最佳食用:三日內。保存方式:保持冷凍4度左右保存,若取貨當日未食用完畢,請存放於密實盒內才放置雪櫃。蛋糕於取貨後請盡快放於雪櫃保存,如有需要請自備冰包及保溫袋。
